READ MOREThe Skanner Scholarship Program is available to undergraduate students who maintain full time status at an accredited, post secondary institution beginning in the fall of the year. Applicants must meet all of the eligibility requirements and deadlines to qualify. Scholarship awards should be applied toward tuition, room, board and, books and range from $1,000 to $3,000.

This year the Skanner Foundation's Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Breakfast will be different. We cannot gather at a local hotel or the Portland Convention Center ---even though we wish we could and we pledge we will do so again.
